Pricing Questions
How does per-user pricing work?
Your base plan costs £49/month and includes 2 users. Each additional user costs £10/month. Your subscription automatically adjusts when you add or remove team members — no manual upgrades needed.
What happens after the free trial?
After 30 days, you can choose to subscribe. If you decide not to continue, your data is preserved for 90 days so you can export it. We never delete data without warning.
Is there a setup fee?
No. CropRec is ready to use immediately with no setup fees.
Are any features locked?
No. Every feature is available on every account — compliance templates, reporting, traceability, inventory management — everything. The only variable is how many users you need.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime and your subscription ends at the next billing date.
