By creating an account or using CropRec, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into CropRec. We do not claim ownership of your agricultural records, compliance data, or traceability information.

5. Compliance Disclaimer

CropRec provides compliance templates and checks as guidance tools only. Results are indicative and do not constitute professional compliance advice. You are responsible for ensuring your operations meet all applicable regulatory requirements. Always consult with qualified compliance advisors for formal assessments.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service requires an internet connection and is not available offline.

7. Limitation of Liability

CropRec is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
