Seed to dispatch, fully traced

Track every batch from seed lot through sowing, growing, harvest, post-harvest QC, and dispatch to the customer. Full forward and backward tracing in seconds, not hours.

How Seed-to-Dispatch Traceability Works

CropRec links the full growing cycle: seed lot procurement, sowing, planting out, every growing input (spray, fertiliser, pest observation), harvest, post-harvest grading and QC, through to dispatch and customer delivery. Each batch ID carries the complete history with it through your supply chain.

1

Seed Lot Registered

Record every seed lot with supplier, variety, certificate number, and plant passport. Sowing and planting records link back to the seed lot automatically.

2

Growing Cycle Tracked

Every input — spray, fertiliser, irrigation, pest observation — is linked to the batch. At harvest, a unique batch ID ties the product to its full history.

3

Dispatched to Customer

Post-harvest QC must pass before stock can be shipped. A delivery note is generated with the batch reference. The full seed-to-customer chain is audit ready in one report.

Forward & Backward Tracing

Traceability works in both directions. Start from a seed lot or spray product and trace forward to find every batch and customer affected. Or start from a customer complaint and trace backward to the exact seed lot, zone, and inputs involved.

Forward Tracing

Start from a seed lot or spray product and find every batch affected and every customer who received it. Essential for recall readiness and food safety incidents.

Backward Tracing

Look up any batch and see the seed lot it came from, every input applied, every inspection passed, and the operator responsible. Answer auditor questions in seconds.

Immutable Audit Trail

Every action in CropRec is recorded in an append-only audit log. Records cannot be deleted — only corrected. When a correction is made, the original entry is preserved alongside the correction, with a clear reason for the change. This gives auditors full confidence in your data integrity.
